The second annual HARD Summer is going down this weekend in Downtown LA. Looking at the set times I was not too happy to see all of the overlap associated with a multi-stage event but, it is to be expected I suppose. I am really looking forward to Siriusmo’s debut US performance. My other must see’s for the event include Dillon Francis, Gesaffelstein, and of course Duck Sauce. Everyone planning to attend be safe and have a great time!

Coachella 2011

The lineup for Coachella 2011 has been released. Nothing too amazing on the electro side of things, although I am glad to see another performance by Duck Sauce. They were a lot of fun at EDC last year. As far as other artists go I was quite surprised to see Ms. Lauryn Hill and Duran Duran on the bill. Will you be going to Coachella this year?

Back From Coachella

Greetings. I’m back to civilization and what an action packed weekend it was. Coachella is always a blast without a doubt. The only major gripe I have is Friday was a bitch because you have to wait for everyone to get wristbands, we stood in line for around 2 hours! We arrived in Palms Springs around 1:30pm and by the time we parked and got in it was around 4. I almost missed Proxy! How sad I would have been. This was the first year that they sold 3-day passes only and no single day passes. So yes, a sold out Coachella for all three days was pretty intense. I’m pretty damn tired right now but I’ll be using the energy I have left to leave you guys with some tracks from some of my favorite artists of Coachella 2010.

The set times have been released for Coachella 2010. A series of hard decisions await you, choose wisely my friends. A few interesting developments Saturday coming from the set times. Viral internet phenom Die Antwoord surprisingly has a 20 minute set in-between Z-Trip and 2ManyDJs, and I was surprised to see Tiesto will be taking up the main Coachella stage after Muse (not that surprised I guess). Stay hydrated and have tons of fun everybody!
